The group is intentionally limited to 7 participants. This small format enables deep, confidential work, with a precise mirror and close support, facilitated by experienced professional coaches trained in The Emergence Play and leadership development.

Yes, because the Emergence Play operates on a different level. It neither replaces nor simply complements existing programs in the classic sense. It acts as a catalyst. While internal programs provide structure and support over time, this experience creates a fast, deep shift in a very short time.

The protocol

The Game of Emergence is based on a structured experiential protocol: instead of theorising models, you experience in real-life situations how your reactions, choices, influences and tensions emerge where they truly matter, in the moment and within the group.

The protocol is based on six archetypes embodied in the space. They are not labels, but universal dimensions present in each of us: energies of wisdom, action, creativity, structure, transformation and integration.

Each one carries both its light and its shadow. As you move through them, you explore different facets of yourself, observe which ones naturally take the lead and which ones need to be restored.

Leadership then becomes less a matter of control, and more a matter of integration.

A complete process, before, during and after

Before

A preliminary conversation helps clarify your intention and confirm the commitment and inner availability required. A coaching session is also offered as preparation, to clarify what you are truly coming to seek and to arrive with a clear direction, without overthinking.

You experience a structured experiential immersion, held within a trusted framework and with real standards. The work unfolds through phases of exploration, around leadership within yourself and leadership in relationship. What you understand is immediately tested, in the moment, through interaction and through your impact.

A follow-up coaching session allows you, if needed, to anchor the work: translating what has emerged into decisions, posture adjustments and more fully owned choices in your daily life. The aim is to sustain the movement, rather than return to old patterns.
