Post-investigation support (harassment investigations)

After the investigation, how do we work together now?

An investigation leaves traces, even when there is no obvious outcome, even when conclusions are clear and decisions have been made. It can generate fear, mistrust, divisions, silence, loss of confidence, or a sense of injustice. The climate shifts, sometimes for a long time.

And yet the organisation has to move forward. Too often, it does so only on the surface: procedures, communication… then silence. Until the next episode.

My role is not to redo the investigation, nor to challenge its conclusions. It focuses on the “after”: what the event left in relationships, trust, and in the ability to work together.

My objective is to rebuild the conditions for a viable collective.

To reaffirm a relational framework, clarify expectations, restore responsibility, address persistent tensions, and rebuild workable cooperation, without fear and without unspoken undercurrents. And to do so without revisiting the facts or re-exposing those involved.

This is not “back to normal”. This is reconstruction.
