A team can deliver, and still become exhausted: recurring tensions, unspoken issues, over-adaptation, loss of momentum, slow decision-making, fragile collaboration.
A team is not just a collection of individuals, it is a living dynamic. When that dynamic gets out of balance, everyone feels it, without always knowing where to begin.
My approach is systemic. We look at what is happening in interactions, roles, decisions, alliances, unspoken issues, dynamics, and what is influencing the team from its environment. The goal is to restore truly shared responsibility, a high-quality level of relationship, and the ability to address disagreement and problems without damaging the team.
Restarting a team, navigating a crisis, working through tensions, rebuilding cohesion, stimulating innovation, anchoring a leadership culture based on empowerment: ultimately, it’s about restoring both solidity and momentum to the collective dynamic.
