ABOUT

My stance

Supporting and challenging

Leadership is straightforward when everything is going well. It becomes decisive when the ground shifts. These are the moments when your stance truly matters. It cannot be declared, it reveals itself in the way you make decisions, listen, set boundaries, and hold a course.

My approach to coaching rests on a clear balance: pushing without forcing, caring without avoiding, welcoming and challenging.

This precision makes it possible to face demanding situations without dramatising them, and to help each person move forward with greater awareness and intention.

Change does not need to be made artificially more comfortable. It needs to be navigated with clarity and accountability, within a framework solid and human enough to turn it into a driver of growth.

My journey

Change as a playing field

For more than twenty years, I worked at the heart of change, as a consultant, manager, and HR lead, on often international transformation projects, across very different environments.

I also learned through my own life. Three expatriations to the United States, a decade of reinventing myself, losing my footing and rebuilding it. This experience gave me a deep sensitivity to what someone goes through when their world shifts, sometimes without having chosen it.

It was in this context that I trained in Anglo-Saxon coaching and leadership approaches: a practice that is more experiential, more accountability-oriented, more grounded in reality.

Today, I support leaders, teams, and organisations in turning their challenges into resources, and in reaching a level of confidence, performance, and impact they had not yet dared to aim for.

If you are looking for quick answers that steer clear of sensitive areas, I am probably not the right person.

If you are going through a moment where steadiness matters more than comfort, we will speak the same language.

My commitment

A steady presence when it matters most

I support leaders, teams, and organisations when the stakes are rising.

On every engagement, my role is the same: to create a structured and demanding space in which we can slow down, step back, and look clearly at what is really happening in the decisions, the relationships, and the dynamics.

The goal is not to push harder, but to act with greater discernment, both individually and collectively.

Relational courage, within a framework of trust, makes it possible to go to the right place with precision. Neither harshness nor avoidance. Because what durably weakens a leader or an organisation is not the intensity of a disagreement, but what goes unsaid.

If we work together, you will have a committed partner by your side to clarify, decide, and move forward with confidence.

Every leader and every team has a next level of maturity to reach. That is exactly what we will go after.

My approach

Work built on three complementary pillars

Complex environments do not call for more tools. They call for a method capable of holding when pressure increases, when decisions carry more weight than expected, and when visibility intensifies.

My approach produces visible results in the real world, not just moments of awareness, by drawing on three complementary pillars:

Coaching is conducted in French or English, in person or remotely, often in international and multicultural contexts.

When needed, it unfolds in partnership with a team of expert coaches.

The work is supervised, operates within a rigorous ethical framework, and is continually informed by training and diagnostic tools used to illuminate, never to label.
